2. Payment
2.1 Payment Options:
2.2 We expect you to pay for your orders within 3 (three) working days. We will be processing your orders only after receiving your cleared payment/s. Orders not paid after 3 (three) working days will automatically be cancelled from our system (without prior notice).
2.3 Three consecutive events of non-payment will result to blocking of your account in our system.

Indicate your name, date of payment, payment method, amount paid, control number/transaction number for verification purposes or fill-up PAYMENT NOTIFICATION FORM below.
2.4 You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after we received and confirmed your payment.
3. Shipping
3.1 Shipping Rates:
JRS Express
Flat Rate: 130 (Philippines, Nationwide)
For International Shipping, please wait for our email.
***Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Our default courier is JRS. However, you can always request for other courier like LBC and Xend. Please understand that they have a different shipping rate than JRS and any additional fee will be charged to you.
3.3 Your order/s will be shipped within 2-3 working days after we receive your cleared payment/s.
3.4 Tracking numbers will be sent to you through email or text message immediately after we ship your order/s.
3.5 Transit time depends on the destination
Metro Manila – 2 to 3 working days
Provincial – 3 to 5 working days
International – depends on the destination
3.6 Once we ship your orders, we will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order/s. However, we will be happy to assist you in following up the delivery of your order/s from the courier.
***We also monitor the status of the delivery and we will also know if there will be delays or concerns.
3.7 1sarisaristore will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your orders due to the negligence on the part of the courier. However, our couriers provide insurance for your packages which is already included on the shipping fee.
***Important: We check all our products for defects or damages before we ship your order/s. We take all necessary steps and precaution in packaging your orders to avoid damage/s

4. Returns and Exchange
4.1 All returns will be happily accepted with the following condition:
4.1.1 We sent you the wrong item (shipping cost will be shouldered by us)
4.1.2 Exchange for another size or product within the same price range (shipping cost will be shouldered by you)
4.2 How to Return
4.2.1 Send us an email immediately within 24 hours after receiving the item at info@1sarisaristore explaining the reason
for returning it.
4.2.2 Send us back the item/s within 3 days of receiving an email from us.
4.2.3 Send the item/s back to us in its original condition along with the original undamaged packaging and tags
4.3 We will not replace the items that have clearly been damaged from use, that are torn, stretched or stained. All item/s must be returned in their original condition with the tags and packaging intact.
4.4 In case the item that has been returned run out of stock, you can choose to exchange the item by using a coupon code (which we will give you) that can be used to buy from our store. Or you can refund your payment excluding the shipping cost and the money transfer fees which will be incurred during the process.
